I bought two cards why didn't I get a discount?
In order to receive a shipping discount you need to email us so we can send you a combined invoice. If you make a single payment we save processing fees, which we pass on to you. We can refund your payment and re-invoice so you get a discount, just ask.

How does your discount shipping work?
We have a minimum shipping charge of $2.25. This is for postage, the cost of shipping materials which includes the envelope, and all the stuff we use to make sure your item arrives safely. Discounted (combined) shipping is offered on purchases paid on a single invoice. When you buy more than one item over a five day period we ask that you email us when your order is complete. We will send you a combined invoice. We charge the shipping cost of the heaviest item, or the one that requires the most packing materials to ensure safe delivery. Then we discount shipping on additional items to the cost of additional postage plus materials and labor. Often, for small items, there is no additional shipping charge.

What good is a reproduction anyway?
There are many good things about reproductions, firstly, they are affordable! Most of us can't afford to pay a fortune for non essentials, with reproductions we don't have to. Because they ARE reproductions we don't have to worry about preserving them, we can use them and enjoy them.

How accurate are your reproductions?
We think they are very good! With the benefit of modern printing methods the original is copied exactly. If there is a crease, or fading on the original it is printed on the reproduction. Our reproductions look like the real thing.

How do I know I can trust you?
We have been selling online for 11 years, email for user ID to check our feedback. If you use Paypal there are very good buyer protection policies.

What happens if I don't like my item?
You email us and tell us you don't like it. Next, carefully re-wrap it so it is not damaged in transit and mail it back. We will refund your purchase price when we receive it back.

Why don't you refund my shipping?
We do not refund your shipping on items returned under our "If you don't like it, its not sold" guarantee because we spent that to send it to you. The US Post Office delivered it to you.

You sent me the wrong thing, what happens now?
We really try hard not to, but we are human and we sometimes make mistakes. If we made a mistake we will replace the item at no cost to you & refund your postage costs to return the wrong item.
